Every item is checked one by one and photographed when it arrives: existing marks, loose seams, missing buttons, hardware and embellishment. The record is timestamped and kept with your order.

During our stay in Canggu, Bali, we used this laundry service several times and were impressed every single time. Our clothes were cleaned thoroughly, returned smelling fresh, and neatly folded. What stood out the most was the fast turnaround time: often, our laundry was ready for pickup the very next day. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and reliable. The prices are fair and transparent, and even delicate garments were handled with great care and attention.

Every item is photographed at intake. These terms explain how that record protects you — and what it covers.

Intake photos
After we receive your items and before washing, every item is photographed. You will get a QR code to view the photos. Please check them as soon as you receive it, and tell us within 24 hours if any item or its condition is missing or incorrect. After that, the photos are considered correct.

Items not in the intake record
We are only responsible for items that are recorded and photographed at intake. If an item does not appear in the intake photos, we have no responsibility for it if it is later claimed as missing, damaged or stained.

Pre-existing condition
Stains, damage, wear and color are recorded at intake. We are not responsible for any condition that existed before we received the item.

High-value items
We do not accept items valued at USD 500 or more. If you leave such an item with us anyway, we are not responsible for it and will not pay any compensation if anything happens to it.

Check within 24 hours
Please check your items within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. After 24 hours, we cannot accept claims.

Compensation
If an item recorded at intake is lost or damaged during our processing, we will compensate up to 5x the service fee for that order, and never more than Rp 500.000.

Color bleeding
Claims for color bleeding from unseparated items are not accepted.

Stains
Stain removal is not guaranteed. Results depend on the fabric, the age of the stain and its composition.

Uncollected items
Items not collected within 1 month are not covered for loss or damage.
